HR & Organizational Intelligence

Your organization,

The gap

The data exists. The access is missing.

  1. ERP and HR systems hold thousands of fields on people, pay and structure, but only an expert can turn them into a picture.
  2. Managers and the CEO wait for a report. HR builds it by hand, in a spreadsheet.
  3. HRlytix: A file you already have, in seconds, 220 metrics and 42 finding types, with no implementation.
For HR leaders

Four answers you no longer build in a spreadsheet

What takes days of manual collection today is ready the moment the file loads.

  • Walk into the leadership meeting with answers

A one page executive report: key numbers, health score and main findings, ready for PDF and print.

    More than 20 ready reports
  • Know what to fix first, and for whom

Findings are ranked by severity, and each one names the people and the next step.

    42 finding types
  • Answer pay questions with evidence

Gender pay gap within each level, pay ranges by level and outliers. Only authorized viewers see pay.

    Permissions per viewer
  • See attrition before it becomes a trend

Load next month's export, and the comparison between periods fills in by itself.

Attrition by unit, tenure and country

A file you already have.A full picture of the organization. No implementation project.

How it works

One file. Three steps.

No implementation project and no system integration. Export the file you already have and go from there.

  1. Export

the employee list from your HR or ERP system, the way you export it today. Any column layout.

  2. Load

Open HRlytix in the browser and load the file. Columns are mapped once and remembered.

The start screen: loading the employee file
  3. Decide

Overview, 42 finding types with a recommended action, and a one page executive report.

Features

Everything you need to see about the organization, in one place

220 metrics and 42 finding types, on pages that build themselves from the file. Here are eight of them.

01OverviewFive minutes every Monday

The state in words, at a glance

The first screen says in one sentence whether the structure is sound and what needs attention, with six topics below it, each with a score.

  • The health ring and key numbers, each one a door to its own page
  • Six topics, each with a score, three numbers and the leading finding
  • The five findings to handle this week, with a shortcut to the people

02Live org chartThe whole structure, no drawing

Not a drawing: every card is computed from the data

A chart you can navigate, filter and present. Every unit shows how many employees and managers it has and its span of control.

  • Unit and employee cards with profile photos; a click opens the full employee card
  • A ring around each manager shows the load against the target for their kind of work
  • Color by tenure, function, country or level; spotlight new hires or overloaded managers
  • Map and sun views, and a planning mode for a new structure without touching the data
Org chart hierarchy: the CEO, the sales unit and its six sub units, each card with the manager's photo

03FindingsWhat to fix first, with names

42 finding types, ranked by severity

The tool scans the organization and surfaces what needs attention: structure, workforce, tenure, pay, talent and data quality.

  • Every finding explains itself, names the people and suggests the next step
  • A findings map by unit shows where they concentrate
  • Your own thresholds, with a preview

04Organizational healthOne score for the meeting

A 0–100 score, and exactly what took points off

One score you can bring to a leadership meeting, with the breakdown beside it: what lowered the score, by topic, function and country.

  • Deductions are shown next to the score, not hidden
  • What to do first, by impact on the score
  • 12 data quality checks, so you know what the score rests on

The question everyone asks

Why not just upload the file to AI?

Because the employee file is the most sensitive data in the organization. AI is good at answering questions. HRlytix lets you see the organization without the file ever leaving your computer.

Uploading to AI means sending your most sensitive data out

An employee file holds names, pay, tenure, performance reviews and sometimes ID numbers. Uploading it to a cloud AI service moves all of that to a third party's servers. Once it is sent, you have no control over where it is stored, for how long, who can access it, or whether it is used to train models. One leaked payroll file cannot be undone.

With HRlytix the file is processed in the browser, on your computer. No server ever receives it, so there is nothing to leak from one.

TopicGeneral or internal AIHRlytix
PrivacyThe file, with names, pay and performance reviews, is usually sent to an outside vendor's servers. It is not always clear where it is stored, for how long, or who can access itThe file never leaves the computer: processed in the browser and sent to no server
ApprovalsUploading personal data to an outside service usually needs sign off from information security and legal, and many organizations forbid itNo employee data is passed to a third party

AI asks you to send it your data. HRlytix works on it where it is.

Private by design

Built for HR data.

HRlytix runs in the browser, as a local file or in the cloud, your choice. Either way the employee file is processed in the browser and never sent to a server.

01Local or cloud, your choiceThe employee file is processed in the browser either way. The local file needs no server and works offline.
02The employee file is never sent to a serverNo employee data is sent to a server; the cloud version holds only sign in, license and profile.
03A view per viewerHR sees everyone, a manager their own branch, an employee themselves. Pay only for those authorized.
04Signed license and watermarkA digitally signed license per customer; a watermark with the viewer's name on every export.

FAQ

What HR leaders ask

Is the employee file sent to a server?

No. The file is processed in the browser, both in the local file and in the cloud version. The cloud version holds only sign in, license and profile, never employee data.

Do we need an installation or an integration project?

No. Export the employee list as you do today, open HRlytix in the browser and load the file. Columns are mapped once and remembered.

What file do we need?

An export of the employee list from your HR or ERP system, in any column layout. The first time you map the columns, and from then on it is remembered.

Who sees pay?

Only those authorized. HR sees everyone, a manager their own branch, an employee themselves, and every export carries a watermark with the viewer's name.

How long does it take to start?

A 15 minute demo, on the demo organization or on your own export. Then a four to six week pilot on your own data.

What happens at the end of the pilot?

Move to an annual license, extend or stop. Nothing to delete on our side, because no employee data was ever sent.

Does it handle a large organization?

Every version is tested with a file of 10,000 employees before it ships.

Which interface languages?

Seven: Hebrew, English, Georgian, Greek, Spanish, French and Arabic. Hebrew and Arabic run right to left.

Want to see it on your own data?

A 15 minute demo, on the demo organization or on your own export. The employee file stays with you.
